Tell us about your staffing needs

People behind a clearly defined support role.
Customer Care Staff is powered by StealthAgents. The parent team helps recruit and support remote professionals for documented business workflows.
Your consultation starts with the actual work: conversations, queues, follow-ups, systems and the person who reviews exceptions. Those requirements shape the role and the experience you need to discuss.
Your company retains its customer policies, system control and approval authority. The staffing conversation does not authorize account access or live customer work.
Meet StealthAgentsPrepare a useful brief, not a perfect one.
A few concrete examples help clarify where support will be useful. Remove personal or sensitive information before sharing any case material.
- Work and demand
- List your email, chat, phone and account queues. Note approximate arrival volume, recurring questions, busy periods and work that has already accumulated.
- Coverage and ownership
- Describe the hours and time zones that matter. Name who owns each queue now and who can respond when an assistant needs a policy decision.
- Systems and working material
- Identify the help desk, customer records, approved templates and knowledge articles. Explain where information is outdated or difficult to find.
- A routine request and an exception
- Show what a correct response should contain, what can be completed without approval and what must return to your authorized team.
What follows your request
After the form confirms receipt, you can choose a consultation time on the scheduling page. Check the scheduler's confirmation for the time zone and joining details.
Use the conversation to define the work, coverage, required experience and decision boundaries. Matching, pricing, training and start dates are discussed and confirmed separately. Sending a form or booking a call does not automatically start a service.
Before live work begins, agree individual system access, approved responses, quality checks and named escalation owners. Start with a scope your team can review, then adjust based on actual case quality.
Questions before the first call
Can we begin with one inbox?
Yes. Discuss a focused inbox or queue, with its volume, hours and common request types. A defined starting point helps your team check response quality and escalation before expanding coverage.
Should we send customer information now?
No. Describe the work without customer identifiers, account credentials, payment details or other sensitive records. Any later access or transfer must follow your approved process.
Can the assistant make refunds or policy exceptions?
Only explicitly authorized actions belong in the role. Discretionary approvals, sensitive account changes and exceptions should stay with named authorized people.
Can we discuss phone or after-hours coverage?
Yes. Bring your call windows, time zones, language needs and overflow expectations. Availability, staffing arrangements and coverage must be confirmed for the role.
What if the form reports an error?
Your details remain in the form so you can review them and retry. Do not assume your request was received until submission succeeds. Scheduling is available only on the separate planning-call page.
